A RESOLUTION STABLISHING A P CINCT FOR THE SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE
HELD ON THE ~ DAY OF , 1981, AND DESIGNATING THE POLLING
PLACE THEREOF, APPOINT ELECTION JUDGES AND CLERKS, AND FIXING THE
COMPENSATION THEREFOR; AND SETTING FORTH OTHER MATTERS RELATING
THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO.
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 31-10-502, Colorado Revised Statutes,
1973, as amended, there is hereby established one (1) election precinct
within the Town of Fraser, Colorado, the boundaries thereof to be the
same as the boundaries of the Town of Fraser. The polling place of
such precinct shall be Fraser Municipal Building, 153 Fraser, Avenue,
Fraser, Colorado.
Section 2. Pursuant to Section 31-10-401, Colorado Revised Statutes,
1 73, as amended, the following three persons are hereby appointed
Judges of election, for the election to be held on 1981:

Section 3. The judges and clerks of the election who actually serve

Section 4. Pursuant to Statute, the Town Clerk shall issue a
Certificate under the Seal of the Town certifying the appointment of
said judges and clerks, mailing to each of the above-named parties a
copy of said appointment and they shall accept said appointment as
provided for on said certification within seven (7) days. In
additions, the judges and clerks shall take the oath required pursuant
to Section 31-10-407, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, as amended.
Section 5. The Town Clerk is authorized to do al hings necessary to
insure that the special election scheduled for , 1981 is
held in compliance with the requirements of the Colorado Statutes.
