The Lynwood Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regulaz Meeting in the Council
Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:18 p.m.
Chairman Pedroza presiding.
Directors Byrd, Reyes, Richazds, Rodriguez and Pedroza answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Hempe, Assistant City Attorney Duran, Secretary Hooper and
~ Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the Brown Act.

It was moved by Member Richazds, seconded by Vice Chairman Rodriguez to approve the
Minutes and adopt the Resolution. o

Item #5: APPROVAL OF THE WARRANT REGISTER
RESOLUTION NO. 2003.016 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC. OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING
WARRANTS THEREFORE."

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Richards, seconded by Director Reyes
and carried to adjourn the Regular Council Meeting at 6:20 p.m.
