DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-110 Kincaid Farm (formerly
Tuscarora Farms) by First Potomac Development Corporation shall be published in the Loudoun Times-
Mirror. The notice shall be published on January 3, 1990 and January 10, 1990 for public hearing on
January 23, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia.
