RESOLUTION NO. 89- 251
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT GUAEANTEE AND WATER AND
TAVISTOCK FARMS SECTIONS 13, 19, 20 AND 21
PRESENTED December 12, 1989
ADOPTED December 12, 1989
AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
SEWER EXTENSION PERMITS FOR
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Tavistock Farms Sections 13, 19, 20 and 21.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer for Tavistock Farms Sections 13, 19,
20 and 21 is approved in accordance with Sections 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION IH. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
the Perpetual Savings Bank, FSB in the amount of $1,637,094.00 is approved as security ~o guarantee
instsilstion of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and
Public Works for Tavistock Farms Sections 13, 19, 20 and 21.
