REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 16, 2003
The Lynwood Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regulaz Meeting in the Council
Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 7:12 p.m.
Chairman Pedroza presiding.
Directors Byrd, Reyes, Richazds, Rodriguez and Pedroza answered the roll call.
Also present were City Manager Hempe, City Attorney Casso, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer
Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the Brown Act.
PUBLIC ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
It was moved by Director Richazds to have combine public oral communications for all agencies
afrer each agency is opened, seconded by Vice Chairman Rodriguez, and carried.
CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Chairman Pedroza to receive and file, adopt the
resolution.
Item #4: TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCEMENTS IN TELEPHONE SYSTEMS
Traditional telephone companies will continue to maintain the mazket with the billions of dollazs
invested in older telephone technology. In the future, traditional telephone companies may move
towazds offering some type of Internet service.
Item #5: APPROVAL OF WARRANT REGISTER
RESOLUTION N0.2003.021 ENTITLED:
~~ A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC. LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND ORDERING
WARRANTS THEREFORE.

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Chairman Pedroza, seconded by Vice Chairman
Rodriguez and carved to adjourn the Regulaz Council Meeting at 10:19 p.m.
