Eggspectations Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Scheduled for Tuesday, June 7, 2011
Leesburg, VA (June 3, 2011) – At 11:30 a.m., on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, Town of Leesburg
officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of Eggspectations located at
1609 Village Market Boulevard SE, Suite 105, in the Village at Leesburg. Mayor Kristen C.
Umstattd will officiate.
Eggspectations is a full service restaurant open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner
and features such specials as “Kids Eat Free” night every Monday and 1/2 price burgers on
Friday evenings . Their menu includes over 160 items including appetizers, made from scratch
soups, salads, sandwiches, chicken, seafood, steak, pasta, and a large assortment of egg and
crepe dishes which are available all day long. Eggspectations features a warm interior utilizing
the theme “Les Cirque des Oeufs” (Circus of Eggs) with colorful murals, stone and brick walls, an
open kitchen as well as a full bar and coffee and espresso menu. Additionally, there is free Wi-
Fi access throughout the restaurant and a private room with seating for up to 25.
