REGULAR MEETING. April 4th.1923.
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault
was called to order by the Mayor at 8: 30 P.M.
TrusteessAndersonsBurmansFUllmersHasbrouck and Newel?, were
presentsGafner was absent.
Minutes of the preceeding meetings read and approved.
The following bills having been checked by the Finance Committee
were read;

The manner in which the Pool Halls were being operated was
discussed at length by the Board.
Has brouck movedsseconded by BurmansThat the License for the
Picture Show be 150.00 per year payable in advancesAll present
vote Yea.

Anderson movedsseconde/by FullmersThat the Marshall deposit the
value of the price of the gun Purchased by the Police Committee
to guarantee the return of the gun to the Town when he retitros
from officesAll present vote Yea.
Hasbrouck moved, seconded by NewellsThat Mr Bowman be paid $130,00
per month as long as he is looking after the business of the Home
Gas and Electric Co and should this agreement be terminated with
the Home Gas and Electric Co the salary be changed back to $140. 00
per months All present vote Yea.
The Clerk was instructed to see that the proper notice in regard
to chickens running at large was placed in the Ault Advertiser.
Newell movedIseconded by Anderson to ajourn subject to the call
of the MayorsAll present vote Yea.
