Approved Minutes from 2/3/10 BOA Meeting, 3-0-0.
Motor vehicle and trailer excise commitment signings.
Board voted 3-0-0 to send out preliminary tax bills for FY 2011,if necessary.
Board reviewed and evaluated the pk Valuation Group proposal for the Implementation
of FY 2011 Re-Valuation and 2012-2013 Assessment Valuation. Board signed
memoranda concluding pk Valuation Group has met or exceeded the standards outlined
in the Request for Proposal,that the non-price evaluation has been completed, and
requesting that the Procurement office open the Price Proposal.
