REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 18, 2003
The Lynwood Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regulaz Meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 7:00 p.m.
Chairman Pedroza presiding.
Directors Byrd, Reyes, Santillan, Rodriguez and Pedroza answered roll call.
Also present were City Manager Gonzales, Legal Counsel Montgomery, Secretary
Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

It was moved by Director Reyes, seconded by Vice Chairman Rodriguez to approve the
minutes, adopt the resolutions, receive and file the following items.
Item #4: MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETINGS:

• Regular Meeting, October 21, 2003
Item #5: ADVANCES IN TECHNOLOGY INCREASE AIRWAVE
INTERFERENCES
To inform the Board of Directors of Lynwood Information Incorporated of the increasing
problem of airwave interferences due to the advances in modern technology.
Item #6: APPROVAL OF THE WARRANT REGISTER
RESOLUTION NO. 2003.025 ENTITLED:
A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC. LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND
ORDERING WARRANTS THEREFORE.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Reyes, seconded by Chairman
Pedroza and carried to adjourn the Regulaz L.I.I. Meeting at 7:03 p.m.
