AUTHORIZING A NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AN AMENDMENT TO
THE LEESBURG ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING COMMERCIAL ZONE
DISTRICTS, RESIDENTIAL ZONE DISTRICTS, DEFINITIONS, SPECIAL
EXCEPTION REGUI~TIONS, HOME OCCUPATION REGULATIONS,
TEMPORARY USE REGUI~TIONS AND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE
TOWN OF LEESBURG, AND REPEAI,ING THE LOUDOUN COUNTY ZONING
ORDINANCE AS ADOPTED BY THE TOWN OF LEESBURG ON NOVEMBER
23, 1983.
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in ~r~rginia, as follows:
A Notice of Public Hearing to consider comprehensive -mendments to the Leesburg Zoning
Ordinance and the Official Zoning Map of the Town and repealing the Loudoun County Zoning
Ordinance as adopted and administered shall be published in the Loudoun Times-Mirror on December
21, 1989 and December 28, 1989 for public hearing on January 9, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council
Chambers, 10 Loudoun Street, S.W., Leesburg, Virginia 22075.
