A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR AN EXTENSION
REGARDING THE COMPLETION OF SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OAKDALE BLVD ARISING FROM THE DEVELOPERS
AGREEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PART ONE
WHEREAS, Woodfield Ridge L.L.C. hereinafter "Woodfield" has a developers agreement with
the City of Tiffin hereinafter known as "City" for Woodfield Ridge Part One Development within the
limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a revised Subdivider's Agreement with Woodfield
dated June 20, 2007 with one of the requirements to install a 4' sidewalk on the north side of
Oakdale Blvd.,
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a re -zoning and re -plat of Outlot One Lot Five dated
April 28, 2010,
WHEREAS, Woodfield is constructing multiple residential units on this location and requests of
City to extend the deadline requirement to install the sidewalk on the north side of Oakdale Blvd
until the expected installation date of October 31, 2010,:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, upon the request of Woodfield for extension of the
sidewalk requirement for installation on Lot Five'of Outlot One, the City desires to grant the
requested extension to Woodfield with the intention that installation of the sidewalk be completed
by October 31, 2010, as weather conditions permit. All other sidewalk requirements and terms in
the revised Sub -dividers agreement dated June 20, 2007 will be in compliance of agreement.

FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PART ONE'for approval and seconded by Chris Ball.
AYES: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
Whereupon, with Five votes for approval, Mayor Phillips declared the Resolution 2010-40 be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 11TH DAY OF AUGUST 2010.
