Mayor Pro-Tem,Newell.
Gafner nominated Mr C.L.Neisler to serve as Treasurer for the
coming year at the will and pleasure of the Boardsseconded by
Burman,T1pon vote had all present voted Aye.
Anderson nominated Hugh DeLaney to be employed as Marshall at
the will and pleasure of the Board at a salary of $85.00 per month.
Upon vote had all, present voted Aye.
Burman nominated Ralph R.Bowman to serve as Town Clerk and Recorder
and Superintendent of Water for the coming year, seconded by Fullmer,

Anderson moved seconded by Gafner; That Dr McCain be Town Physician
for the coming year with the understanding that if Dr McCain accepts
That he will take in connection with thw position of County Physician
under the same conditions that he has held it here-to-fore,T7pon vote

Hasbrouck moved seconded by Burman That the Marshall givc a receipt
to the Town Clerk for the Town's gun instead of a deposit. Upon v,) ta

Anderson moved 3econded by Burman, That the Town hold Town Clean up
day on May 4th and Cemetery Clean up day on May llth,Upon vote had All.
