RESOLUTION NO. 90-18
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGKEEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PERM/TS FOR PIER
1 IMPORTS
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The msna~er sh,ll execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Pier 1 Imports.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer for Pier 1 Imports is approved in
accordance with Section 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION Ill. A cash bond in the amount of $16,639.48 is approved as security to guarantee
inst~ll-tion of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and
Public Works for Pier i Imports.
