in regard to the hiring of M.F.Oesterle under the following conditions
That he be paid $85.00 per month for labor on the Parks and $20.00
per month for labor on the Cemetery with the understanding that he
give six days each month to the Cemetery, seconded by Anderson,Upon
vote had all present voted Aye.
Fullmer moved seconded by Gaffer to ajourn subject to the call
of the Mayor,All present voted Aye.

REGULAR MEETING. May l st,1923.
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of Ault was
called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M.
Upon roll call the following members were present, Anderson,Fullmer,
Burman,Hasbrouck and Gafner,Newell was absent.
Minutes of the proceeding Meetings read.
Anderson moved, seconded by Hasbrouck, That the minutes be approved
as read.All present voted Aye.
Mr Herman Wise of the Eureka Fire Hose Co addressed the meeting
in regard to fire hose.
Anderson moved, seconded by Fullmer That the Town buy 200 feet
of fire hose at t1.05 per foot,Al]. present voted Aye.
The Marshall was instructed to collect Poll and Dog tax and to see
that the Ordinance in regard to Pool Halls and Punch Boards was obeyed.
Anderson moved seconded by Burman That the Town take over the
keeping of the precipitation gauge and that the proper records be kept.
All present voted Aye.
Extension of water main in the north part of Town was discussed.
The Clerk was instructed to see that 300 copies of Bulletin No 30
in regard to Clean up days and ash pits be printed.Changing Cemetery
Clean up day to May 18th instead of May llth.
