AUTHORIZING NOTICES FOR THE ASSIGNMENT OF TAX S~I,~ CERTIFICATES
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is the owner/holder of certain
tax sale certificates as follows:

#94-71 254 9 85 Roosevelt Avenue
WHEREAS, Capital Funding resource Corp., Agent for FUNB,
requested that said certificates be sold/assigned to them; and
WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 54:5-113, et seq., authorizes the private
sale of such certificates for not less than the am'ount of liens
charged against said real estate; and
WHEREAS, the Tax CollecTor has recommended the approval of said
sale/assignment and Council finds such action to b~ in the best
interest of the Borough,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Borough Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the Tax Collector, be and hereby
authorized and directed to mail notice to the owners of said
property, post public notices and publish such notices as
provided in N.J.S.A. 54:5-114 and upon completing such mailing,
posting, and publication to advise the Council of such action
so that the requested sale/assignment may be authorized by
further Resolution.
