A RESOLUTION: AU'I~ORI~G AN AGREEMENT
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND
TAVISTOCK FARMS SECTION 14
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in %rn~inia as follows:
SECTION I. The ~r shall execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Tavistock Farms Section 14.
SECTION H. The extension of municipal water and sewer for Tavistock Farms Section 14 is
approved in accordance with Section 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION 1/I. The irrevocable b-,i~ letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
Perpetual Savings Bank F.S~B. in the amount of $230,878.45 is approved as security to guarantee
installation of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and
Public Works for Tavistock Farms Section 14.
