A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Ault was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 Y.M.
Trustees,Annderson,Burman,Fullmer,Hasbrouck and Newell were
present,Gafner was absent.
Minutes of the 'Treceeing meeting read and approved.
The Clerk was instructed to write Mr Blakesley in regard to
his violation of Ordinance No 25.
Boundary line of the incorporation of the Town of Ault was
discussed and the Judiciary Committee was instructed to find
the correct location and plat it on the map of the Town.
The Clerk was instructed to have the grade of Mr Claude powel l
side walk established.
The Marshall was instructed to give Mr R.E. i evers a receipt
for his poll tax on account of service rendered to the Town on
several occassions.
The following bills having been checked by the Finance
Committee were read.

Anderson moved seconded by Hasbrouck, That the bills be allowed
as read and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the same,111.
present voted Yea.
Hasbrouck moved seconded b y Anderson to ajourn subject to
the ca.1 of the Mayor all present voted Yea.
