REGULAR MEETING. July 7th,1925.
A regular meeting of the Board of trustees of the Town of
Ault was called to order by the Mayor at 6:0C P.M.
Trustees present were, Anderson,Eurman, Fullmer,Kasbrouck and
Newell; Absent Gafner.
Minutes of the preceeding meeting read, Anderoon moved seconded
by Fullmer that the minutes stand approved as read,All present
voted Aye.
Park lease with the Union Pacific Railroad Cc was read and
discudsed,
Hasbrouck introduced the following resolution which was
seconded by Anderson,
WhTREAS, The Union Pacific Railroad Company has tendered to
the Town of Ault, Colorado, a lease for park purposes the follow-
ing described land at Ault, to-wit:
All of that portion of the southwest quarter (SW ) of Section
twelve (12), Township seven. (7), ;;orth, Range Sixty-six (66) , West
of the Sixth Principle Meridian described as follows, to-wit:
Begining at a poi,,t in the south line of Second Street, Ault
Colorado, two hundred feet southwesterly from the center line of
the Lessors main track, when measured at right angles thereto:
thence east, along the south line ( produced east) of Second
Street, to a point one hundred feet (1C0) distant southwesterly
from the center line of main track, when maasuz:ed at right angles
thereto; thence southeasterly, parrell with said center line of
main track, to a point in the north line (produced east) of First
Street, thence west, along said produced line of First 6treet, to
a point two hundred (200) feet distant southwesterly from center
line of main track, when measured at right angles thereto; thence
northwesterly, parrellel with said center line of main track, to
the point of begining;
AND WHEREAS; it is considered that the bast interests of the
said Town aill be subserved by the acceptance of the said lease;
THERFOR, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL MEN OF THE
TOWN OF AULT, STATE OF COLORADO .
That the terms of aaicl lease be and the same are hereby
accepted an behalf of said sown,
