SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 8, 2004
The Lynwood Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at S:OOp.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Directors Pedroza, Rodriguez, Santillan, Vasquez, and Byrd answered the roll call.
Also present were Interim City Manager Wang, City Attorney Beltran, Secretary Hooper
and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the Agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

Item #4: FY 2004/05 BUDGET AMENDMENTS
Chairman Byrd moved item #4 to the Council Agenda so they can discuss this item with
Council Budget talks.
It was moved by Director Rodriguez seconded by Director Pedroza and carried to move
Item #4 from L.I.I to Item #6 on the Council Agenda.
Interim City Manager Wang stated that this meeting is a continuation of the September
8a' 2004 meeting that Council wanted to bring back all of the vacant positions and all of
the Consultant Services.

Assistant City Manager/ Director of Finance & Administration Alfretta Earnest thanked
the Council for their time and concluded the Presentation
It was moved by Councilwoman Santillan seconded by Councilman Rodriguez to
approve the Lynwood Information Inc. Budget Amendments for the Fiscal Year 2004-
2005.
RESOLUTION NO. 2004.021 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION, INC. OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZIND AND APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2004-OS".

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Rodriguez, seconded Vice-
Chairperson Vasquez and carried to adjourn the Special Lynwood Information Inc,
Meeting at 6:20 p.m.
