Upon vote had all present voted Aye.
Crossings, Curb,Gutter and Grader discussed at lenght by the
Board no action was taken.

Anderson moved seconded by Burman That the bills be allowed
as read and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the same,' ill
present voted Aye.
The Clerk was instructed to get extra bearings for the motor
at the pumping plant all so to get new magnets for the switch
board in order that should an accident occur it would not be
necessary to wait for parts.
Mr Fullmer and the Clerk was instructed to purchase new Belts
where needed at the pumping plant.
Newell moved seconded by Fullmer to ajourn subject to the call
of the Mayor all present voted Aye.
