The Board reviewed and signed the 2011 & 2010 Motor Vehicle Abatements and
2012 Boat Abatements. The Board reviewed and signed 1993 Recommitment
The Board reviewed and signed 2012 RE, PP & CPA Commitments.
The following RE Abatement requests were reviewed & signed by the board:

38-16-1 S— 26 Hubler Ln -Town of Orleans .... Abated $1,180 Unanimous

38-16-4- 15 Hubler Ln —Town of Orleans .... Abated $575,900 Unanimous

The Board Reviewed and signed 93 Exemptions & 3 Deferrals—See list in
Assessors' Office. Sewer Betterment for Pike was reviewed and signed
41-58-2—40 Pond Rd — Delano Hardship Board agreed to exempt $2,238.12
82-12— 32 Toms Hollow LN — Brier Exemption Deny Both Unanimous
Chapter 61 A & B applications were reviewed & signed by the Board.
Mr. Buckley at 11 Wildflower Ln questioned if no longer a working bog will he
need to pay roll back taxes. Mr. Hull will review the Mass. General Laws and get
back to the Board.
