RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
-- AMUSEMENT GAMES DISTRIBIFfOR' S LICENSES
WHEREAS, application has been mede to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Cgrteret for an Anmsement Games Distributor's
License for the Year 1995 by the following:
1. MANNIE'S CIGARErf~ SERVICE, 854 Commmipaw Avenue
Jersey City, NJ 07304
WHEREAS, said application(s) has/have been investigated by the
Carteret Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance
Regulating and Licensing Amusement Games, and the Police Depart-
ment recotunends that a license be issued to the applicant(s).
NOW, TH~IEFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of ~he Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Anmsement Games
Distributor's License for the Year 1995 to the applicant(s) hereby
approved, upon receipt of the applicable fee.
