SPECIAL MIEETING

JUNE 1 2021
Commissioner Greg Chapman called the June 30, 2021 special meeting of the Board of
Police Commissioners to order at 4:00pm. In attendance were Commissioner Chapman,
Commissioner Gardner, Commissioner Schindlbeck, Commander Novak and Kim McKinney.
Public Forum: Citizen's Comments -None
Correspondence -None
Commissioner Chapman updates the board on the lateral level candidates. Commissioner
Chapman moves to approve a conditional offer of employment to Lateral Transfer Candidates,
Adam DeWit and Eric Sinclair. Commissioner Gardner seconds. All in favor.
Commissioner Chapman updates the board on the entry level candidates. The top 20 entry
level candidates with the highest written score were all successfully interviewed. The written
exam score and oral interview scores were combined by testing company Stanard & Associates.
The list has been reviewed by all commissioners and Chief Konopek. Commissioner Chapman
moves to approve the Final Eligibility Roster for Entry -Level Candidates. Commissioner
Schindlbeck seconds. All in favor.
Commissioner Chapman moves to adjourn to executive session at 4:17pm.
There being no furtherbusiness or discussion, Commissioner Chapman moved the meeting
to be adjourned at 4:56pm.
