REGULAR MEETING. . August 7th, 1923.
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by
the Mayor at 8:00 P.M.
Upon roll call the following were present, .Anderson,Burman & Fullmer.
Absent,Hasbrouck,Gafner and Newell.
Minutes of the preceeding meeting read and approved. t
Mr C.W.Hine sr. addressed the Board in regard to picture show
license protesting that $50.00 per year was too much stating that he
considered $25.00 the, right amount.
Anderson moved seconded by Burman, That the Marshall be instructed
to notifyall owners_ or occupants havingweeds to cut all weeds at
P
once, All present voted Aye.
The toilets at the pumping plant and the cess pools at L.M.Duncans
was discussed.
The following bills having been checked by the Finance Committee
were read.

Anderson moved seconded by Fullmer, That the bills be allowed as
read and warrants drawn on the Treasurer for the same.All present
voted Aye.
Burman moved seconded by Fullmer to ajourn subject to the call of th
the Mayor,All present voted Aye.
