FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, bids for various computer equipment for the
Police Department were authorized on November 15, 1994 by
Resolution #94-384; and
WHEREAS, bids received on 3anuary 19, 1995 are as
follows:

of the Borough of Carteret that the bid for various computer
equipment for the Police Department is hereby awarded to
TAP COMPUTER SERVICES~ INC.
Adopted this 2nd day of February, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 3, 1995.

CONTRACT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 2 nd day of February 1995

New Brunswick, N. J. 08901
and the Borough of Carteret, a municipal corporation~ having its
principal office at the Borough Hall ~ 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret,
New Jersey, 07008~ hereinafter the "BOROUGH".
As per Resolution No. 95-51.
