A REMOLUTION: AUTHOI~?~ING A CONTRACT FORD, ING. FOB
PROCUREMENT OF A ONE TON FLATBED TRUCK WITH I.~Fp GATE
PRESENTED
ADOPTED
WITH LEESBURG
WHE~, the Town of Leesburg duly advertised and received bids on April 20, 1990 from three
equipment suppliers to provide a one ton flatbed truck with ~ gate in accordance with published
specifications and pursuant to State and local procurement laws; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the one ton flatbed truck with Rift
gate was Leesburg Ford, Inc., in the mount of $15,615.00.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in V'n~inia as follows:
The Town Mana~r is hereby authorized and directed to issue a standard purclmse order to
Leesburg Ford, Inc., in the amount of $15,615.00 for the purchase of a 1990 one ton flatbed truck with
Rift gate.
