REGULAR MEETING
JULY 5, 2005
The Lynwood Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 5:25 p.m.
~` Chairman Rodriguez presiding.
Directors Byrd, Pedroza, Santillan, Vasquez and Rodriguez answered the roll call.

Also present were City Manager Martinez, City Attorney Beltran, Secretary Hooper and
Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the Agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendar will be acted upon by one motion affirming
the action recommended on the agenda. There will be no separate discussion on these
items prior to voting unless members of the Agency or staff request specific items be
removed from the Consent Calendar for separate action.
It was moved by Director Byrd, seconded by Director Vasquez to receive and file and
adopt the following Resolution.

Item #5: APPROVAL OF THE WARRANT REGISTER
RESOLUTION NO. 2005. ENTITLED:
RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD INFORMATION INC. OF LYNWOOD,
CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND
WARRANTS THEREFORE.
Item #6: LEAGUE OF CALIFORNIA CITIES GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
MEETING
On June 2, 2005 the League of Califomia Cities Los Angles County Division held its
monthly general membership meeting. The League of California Cities is an association
of Califomia City officials that work together to improve their knowledge and skills,
exchange information, and combine resources so that they may influence policy decisions
that affect cities.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Director Pedroza, seconded by Director
Byrd and carried to adjourn the Regular Lynwood Information Inc, Meeting at 5:25 p.m.
