HomeMy Public PortalAboutPAGE 46 46 REGULAR MEETING. Sept 4.1923. A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees was Called to Order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M. Upon roll call the follwing members were found present. Anderson,Burman,Fullmer and Hasbrouck. The Minutes of the proceeding meeting read and approved. Anderson moved seconded by Burman, That the following deeds to Cemetery lots be recorded in they minutes of this meeting. Allen Russel,Lot 11, Sec.10,Block 3; K.Ida. Lot 10, Sec.11, Block 3; D.Rickman, Lot 3, Sec 9, Block 2; S.Tsuno. Lot 9, Section 11, Block 3. All present voted Aye. Petition for Curb and Gutter read, and discussed, Hasbrouck and. Anderson appointed by the Mayor to further circulate the petition. Poll and dog tax, hog and cow pens and cess pools were dis- cussed, no action taken. Hasbrouck moved seconded: by Fullmer, That Dr.A.C.McCain be appointed Police Magistrate, All present voted Aye. The present Marshall was discussed. Picture show license was discussed. Hasbrouck moved seconded by Fullmer,That the License for the • Picture show be. reduced from $50.00 per year to $ 25. 00 per year. All present voted Aye/ The following bills having been checked by the Finance Comm- ittee were read. Hasbrouck moved seconded by Fullmer, That Mr Hugh Delaney be relieved from the office of Marshall to take effect September k= 15th 1923, All present voted Aye.
