REGULAR MEETING
SEPTEMBER 20, 2005
The Lynwood Information, Inc. of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting in the Council Chambers,
11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 7:53 p.m.
Chairman Rodriguez presiding.
~ Directors Byrd, Pedroza, Santillan, Vasquez, and Rodriguez answered the roll call.
~ Also present were City Manager Martinez, City Attorney Beltran, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the Agenda had been posted in accordance with the Brown Act.

CONSENT CALENDAR
All matters listed under the Consent Calendaz will be acted upon by one motion affirming the action
recommended on the agenda. There will be no sepazate discussion on these items prior to voting unless
members of the Agency or staff request specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate
action.
It was moved by Director Pedroza, seconded by member Byrd, to approve the minutes, receive & file the
Treasurer's Report, and receive & file the letter from Comcast.

Item #5. TREASURER'S QUARTERLY INVESTMENT REPORT
To have the Directors of Lynwood Information Inc. receive and file the attached quarterly
Investment Report.
Item #6. DISCONTINUATION OF TV GUIDE SUBSCRIPTIONS THROUGH COMCAST
The purpose of this item is to inform the Board of Directors of Lynwood Information Incorporated of a written
correspondence from Comcast dated September 2, 2005, notifying the City of Lynwood of its plan to
discontinue TV Guide subscriptions that aze provided to customers through the company.

Having no further discussion, it was moved by Vice-Chairperson Santillan, seconded by Member Pedroza, and
carried to adjourn the Regular Lynwood Information Inc, Meeting at 7:55 p.m.
