COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, FEBRUARY 1, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The February 1, 2016, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor Carrie Tergin.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Mihalevich, Prather,
Schreiber, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: Costales
A quorum was present.
Mayor Tergin announced that Councilman Costales had informed her that he
would attend tonight’s meeting, but that he would arrive late due to a scheduling
conflict.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Henry stated that Ms. Mysty Young would be making the
presentation tonight on the Flint, MI water drive.
Bill 2015-98 (outdoor animal housing) – Councilman Mihalevich stated that
there were details being worked out on this bill and that he intended to place it on
the Informal Calendar tonight without accepting any substitute bills yet.
Mayor Tergin requested that the USS Jefferson City Submarine flag presentation
which was postponed at the January 19 Council Meeting be plac ed on the
February 15 Council agenda, and asked that staff see if any members of the
USS Jefferson City Submarine Committee would want to attend that meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
