The Clerk was instructed to write Mr E.J.Gafner at Casper
to ascertain if in his absence he would consider resigning as
a member of this Board.
Hasbrouck moved seconded by Anderson, To ajourn subject
to the call of the Mayor, All present voted Aye.

REGULAR MEETING. October 2nd. 1923.
A Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Town
of Ault was called to order by the Mayor at 8:00 P.M.
Trustees present u7on roll call were; Anderson,Burman,
Fullmer and Newell.
Minutes of the preceeding meeting read and approved.
Curb and Gutter petition was presented and discussed
and ordered tabled.
Cross -talks was discussed by the Board.
Anderson moved seconded by Newell, That the Board of Tru-
stees have tao cross walks put in at First Street and Second
Avenue, Each walk to be er feet wide and according to the
specifications used by the City of Greeley. Contract to be
let to the lowest responsible bidder, Upon vote had all
present voted Aye.
Fullmer moved seconded by Newell, That the Clerk be
instructed to wire Mr Bent stating that the Board will
accert his offer for the switch board as it stands in the
plant hut not including watt meter, Upon vote had all present
voted Aye.
Anderson moved seconded by Burman, That the Chief of the
Ault Voluntee-. Fire Department be appointed Fire Warden to
serve It the will and pleasure of the Board. Upon vote had
all present voted Aye.
