Sevila, Mayor Town of Leesburg WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg duly advertised and received bids on May 14, 1990 from three equipment suppliers to provide a tractor/mower in accordance with published spedfications and pursuant to State and local procurement laws; and WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the tractor/mower was Browning Equipment, Inc., in the amount of $23,580.00. THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: The Town Manager is hereby authorized and directed to issue a standard purchase order to Browning Equipment, Inc., in the amount of $23,580.00 for the purchase of a tractor/mower.
