AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PERM1TS FOR
EXETER SECTION 3
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in lhrginia as follows:
SECTION I. The reshaper shall execute the contract for public improvements
for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for Exeter
Section 3.
SECTION H. The extension of munim'pal water and sewer for Exeter Section 3 is approved in
accordance with Section 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION III. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
First American Bank in the amount of $1,515,253.00 is approved as security to guarantee instsllRtion of
the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Exeter Section 3.
