AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE A (SPEED LIMITS),
SUBPARAGRAPH D (FORTY MILES PER HOUR) AND SUBPARAGRAPH E
(THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
PERTAINING TO A PORTION OF ELLIS BOULEVARD
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule A (Speed
Limits), (d) Forty miles per hour, of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
amended pertaining to a portion of Ellis Boulevard, by the deletion of the following:
Section 2 Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule A (Speed
Limits), (e) Thirty-five miles per hour, of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is
hereby amended pertaining to a portion of Ellis Boulevard, by the addition of the
following:
Ellis Blvd: from Tanner Bridge Road to Green Berry Road.
Section 3 This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
