RESOUJTION Ab'I~IORIZING ~ SI~/ER
REPAIR AT 15 LINGOI~ AVI~I~E
WHEREAS, due to repetitive sewer back-up at 15 Lincoln
Avenue, the Borough Engineer has determined that the Borough
system was responsible for said back-up; and
WHEREAS, due to the age of the system, the location of
the sewer hook-up could not be determined; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has determined that the
least costly resolution would be to relocate said hook-up at
that location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret hereby authorizes the payment of
$2,360.00 for internal sewer repairs at the aforesaid
location.
Adopted this 2nd day of February, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 3, 1995.
