LEESBURG EAST II ASSOCIATES, L.P. FOR REVISION OF THE ZONING
DISTRICT MAP TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR PUBLIC HEARING
UNDER CHAPTER 11, TITLE 15.1 OF THE 1950 CODE OF VIRGINIA, AS
AMENDED
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Rezoning application #ZM-121 by Leesburg East li Associates for revision of the Zoning District Map
to rezone approximately 94.1 acres of land located at the northeast comer of the Route 7/15 Bypass
interchange from R-1 and R-2 residential to PEC, Planned Employment Center, is hereby received and
referred to the Plann/ng Commiasion for public hearing and recommendation under Chapter 11, Title 15.1
