A REMOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
GUARANTEE FOR THE CATTAIL BRANCH STORMWATER POND
PRESENTED June 27, 1990
ADOPTED June 27, 1990
AND APPROVING A PEEFORMANCE
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Vir~nis as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shah execute the contract for public improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
the Cattail Branch Stormwater Pond.
SECTION II. The irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
First American Bank in the amount of $1,126,065.00 is approved as security to guarantee installation
of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works
for the Cattail Branch Stormwater Pond.
PASSED this 27th day of June ,1990.
