A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
COMMEND :NG MAYOR ARTHUR B. DANNER OF
THE CITY OF BRADBURY FOR HEROIC ACTION
WHEREAS, Arthur B. Danner, Mayor of the City of Bradbury,
did on the 22nd day of April, 1967, engage in a heroic
response to a traffic accident, thereby at the risk of his
own life, saving the life of a resident of the City of
Temple City, and
WHEREAS, Mayor Arthur B. Danner has now recuperated and is
no longer in the hospital for injuries sustained during
such rescue operation, and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the City Council of the City
of Temple City to recognize the commendable action of Mr.
Danner in his humanitarian response to a public need,
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Temple City
does commend Mayor Arthur B. Danner of the City of Bradbury
for his aforesaid activities.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of May, 1967,
