reouires that the resolution authorizing the award of contracts for
"p~ofessional Services" without competitive bids and the contract itself
must be available for public inpection;
NOW, ~I~RI~fORE, BE IT RESOLV~ by the Mayor amd Coumcil of the
Borough of Carteret:
1. McManimon and Scotland
is hereby appointed to represent the Borough in said services fo~
a fee not to exceed $3,000.00
2. Said appointment ~s made without .c.ompetitve bidding as a
"Professional Servzce under the provisions of the Local Public
Contracts Law because_legal services are specialized and
professional in nature.
3. A notice of this action shall be printed once in The News Tribune
on February 7, 1995

New Jersey, 07008, hereinafter the "BOROUGH".
As per Resolution No. 95-58.
