I{EMOLUTION NO. 90-149 ADOPTED June 27, 1990
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE AND WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PERMITS FOR THE
PAXTON SEWAGE PUMPING STATION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as fo]lows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public knprovements for the
improvements shown on the p]ans approved by the Director of Enginee~ and Public Works for the
Paxton Sewage Pumping Station.
SECTION II. The extension of municipal water and sewer for the Paxton Sewage Pumping
Station is approved in accord-nce with Sections 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
SECTION HI. An irrevocable bank letter of credit in a form approved by the town attorney from
an institution approved by the Town Attorney in the amount of $126,300.00 is approved as security
to guarantee instsll-tion of the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of
Engineering and Public Works for the Paxton Sewage Pumping Station.
