A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CARSON CITY COUNCIL AMENDING
THE FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the Fiscal Year 2019-20 (FY19-20) budget on June 18, 2019
for the General Fund and Special Revenue Funds of the City via Resolution No. 19-120; and
WHEREAS, increases in development have placed unanticipated demands upon the Planning
Division, necessitating the use of on-call planners to process planning projects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it necessary to amend the FY19-20 General Fund
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, FIND,
DETERMINE, AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The following amendment(s) will be made to the City's FY19-20 budget.
Increase/(Decrease)
101-70-780-290-6004 Planning/Contract Services $5,000.00
101-99-999-999-2401 Planning/Deposits $165,000.00
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall keep a copy of
this resolution attached to the FY19-20 budget on file, and effective as of September 17, 2019, the same
shall be in force and effect.
