DESIGNATING OFFICIAL TO ISSUE CERTIFICATES AS TO
LIABILITY FOR ASSESSMENTS FOR MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENTS
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor and CounciI of the
Borough of Cartemt, County of Middlesex and State of New Jersey that Kathleen M.
Barney, Municipal Clerk, be designated as the person to issue certificates as to
liability for assessments for Municipal Improvements as provided by R.S. of New
Jersey 1937, Title 54:5-18-3.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
Adopted this 2"d day of January, 2000
and certified as a tree copy of the original
on January 3, 2000.
