WI'IH F.M.B.A. LOC,~ -~67
WHI~J?~, the Borough of Carteret and the members of F.M.B.A. Local
#67 have negotiated a collective bargaining agreement; and
Ivlt~1~AS, the parties have reached a tentative agreement for the
years 1993, 1994 and 1995; and
NOW, TLtI~J~X)RE, BE IT RESOLVIng, that the Mayor and COuncil of the
Borough of Carteret approves the Collective Bargaining Agreement with
F.M.B.A. Local ~67 for the calendar years 1993, 1994 and 1995.
BE IT ~ RESOLVI~), that the appropriate officials are authorized
to attach their signatures on behalf of the Borough.
Adopted this 2nd day of February, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 3, 1995.
