REAPPOINTING ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COMMISSION MEMBERS
WHEREAS, the terms of office of John W. Tolbert, Jr., Fred Z. Hetzel, Sr., Reavis Sproull,
Mary Anne Newman, Elmo Blythe and Rose Garrett as members of the Leesburg Environmental
Advisory Commission expire on June 30, 1990:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
John W. Tolbert~ Jr., Fred Z. Hetzel, Sr., Reavis Sproull, Mary Anne Newman, Elmo Blythe
and Rose Garrett are reappointed to the Leesburg Environmental Advisory Commission for terms of
four years, the terms of office to expire on June 30, 1994.
