The Dandelion Patch Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Scheduled for Wednesday, June 29, 2011
Leesburg, VA (June 23, 2011) – At 7:30 pm, on
Wednesday, June 29, 2011, Town of Leesburg
officials will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony for the
grand opening of The Dandelion Patch located at
1603 Village Market Boulevard, SE, Suite 114, in the
Village at Leesburg. Mayor Kristen C. Umstattd will
officiate.
The Dandelion Patch is a luxury papery and gift
boutique with three additional locations in the
Washington DC metro area. Since 1994, The
Dandelion Patch has been exceeding the
expectations of discerning customers and has been
widely recognized in the region receiving such
accolades as “Best Stationer” by Northern Virginia
Magazine, “Best of the Best” by Washingtonian
Magazine, “Brides Choice” by Weddingwire.com and
“Top Vendor Pick” by The Knot. Their highly skilled team also offers couture design services,
which have been featured by InStyle and Martha Stewart Weddings. In addition to stationery
and print services, The Dandelion Patch carries unique gifts, cards and favors for nearly any

The grand opening ceremony on Wednesday, June 29, 2011, will begin at 7:00 pm, with the
ribbon cutting scheduled for 7:30 pm. Guests will enjoy appetizers courtesy of Celebration’s
Catering, champagne and specials on merchandise. The event will also feature music and an
appearance by Hannah Reece, Miss Old Dominion Princess 2011.
