SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS

MINUTES
I . ROLL CALL
President Katherine Duffy called the meeting to order at 2: 35 P.M.
Members Present: Katherine Duffy, Edward Shelley, Nonette Hanko, and
Gerry Andeen.
Members Absent: Teena Henshaw, Robert McKibbin, and Richard Bishop.
Personnel Present: Herbert Grench, David Hansen, Alice Cummings ,
Sheryl Marioni, and David Sanguinetti.
Guests Present: Jack Stewart, Creegan & D'Angelo; Felice Errico, Park
Planner, Santa Clara County Parks and Recreation; and Douglas Lincoln,
Committee for the Preservation of St. Joseph' s Hill .
II. TOUR
The group convened at the site of the proposed Western California
University and toured the proposed alternate road alignment at
Limekiln Canyon, as well as the proposed route across St. Joseph' s
Hill Open Space Preserve.
III . ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:10 P.M.
