Public Speak: Judi Wilson from COA. Moving forward with some responsibilities during
the transition, support and mentorship for a newly structured Recreation Department.
Community working group to coalesce around the concept of community life.
Discussion of revolving fund & recommendations, set up a gift account.
Approve minutes for 2/16/23 1st Anne, 2nd Joan vote: 5-o
Current Recreation Programming and Department Updates CPC Updates and discussion:
Goals for the year; communication, transparency, fiscal

Softball
T -ball
Pickleball M,W,F
Adult Tennis
Easter Egg Hunt
Adult fitness
Lacrosse
CPC Updates
Library Update: warrant article, 180k feasibility study, grant availability 1:4 chance
Walkway 40K ask 3 bids
Veterans Memorial Park- going to town meeting. Didn't get support from RAC
Trail signs are moving along
Bike racks are were 1/3 of the cost
Master Plan group meeting next week
Kayak racks is eliminated
