AUTHORIZING NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING FOR REZONING
APPLICATION #ZM-101 AI,I,MAN
WHEREAS, the Town Council previously held a public hearing regarding this rezoning application
on May 11, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Rezoning application #ZM-101 by Donald lc Allman to rezone approxlmntely 8 acres
from R-1 to B-1 has been reactivated by the applicant for Town Council consideration_'
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider rezoning application #ZM-101 by Donald tC .~,llmsn' shall be
published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on September 6, 1990 and September 13, 1990 for a public
hearing on Wednesday, September 26, 1990 at 7:30 p.n~ in the Loudoun County School Board Annex
located at 102 North Street NW in Leesburg.
