A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING
AN AGREEMENT
PRESENTED August 8, 1990
ADOPTED August 8, 1990
AND APPROVING A PERFORMANCE
GUARANTEE FOR LOTS 7-12, BLOCK F, FAIRVIEW SUBDMSION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The manager shall execute the contract for public .improvements for the
improvements shown on the plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for
Lots 7-12, Block F, Fairview Subdivision.
SECTION H. The corporate surety bond in a form approved by the town attorney from Selective
Insurance Company in the amount of $16,914.00 is approved as security to guarantee installation of
the public improvements shown on plans approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works
for Lots 7-12, Block F, Fairview Subdivision.
PASSED this 8th day of August 1990.
