AWAP~ING A PAVING CONTP~CT TO TRI-COUN'I~ASPHALT COMPANY
WHEREAS, a sealed bid was received for the Town's 1990/91 Street Resurfacing Program; and
WHEREAS, Tri-County Asphalt Company was the successful bidder for this work; and
WHEKMAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends award of the contract for
the street resurfacing paving to Tri-County Asphalt Company:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Town Manager is authorized to execute a contract with Tri-County Asphalt Company for street
resurfacing in accordance with the bid documents and specifications, at the unit price of $28.50 per ton
for 1.5" SM-2A Bitumiuous concrete for a total not to exceed $50,000.00.
